Program is designed to help managers become effective leaders
of the people they supervise through the demands and transitions
that is part of our health care industry. Identifying clear
objectives and goals is emphasized but more importantly leadership
skills and motivational techniques are offered to refine our
interpersonal skills necessary to meet these challenges.
