Dear Luken & Nugent:

I think your guide of nursing homes and services available in Jefferson County is absolutely invaluable in making an informed decision when someone is in that position. Every hospital, Dr. office, clinic, church, senior citizen center and nursing home should make your guide available. When a person is faced with welfare and basic well being of a parent, very few people are prepared. It is frightening, and your book answers some of the most important questions facing someone making those decisions.

My mother was a resident in a facility here in Jefferson County for 2 ½ years and I found it necessary to relocate her. Your guide really helped me personally, and I have given my extra copies to other people, who will be in need in the future. (One neighbor lives with a relative in her 90's and soon will need a facility.)

I cannot really put into words how much I appreciate my copies. Just having something to hold onto, or read, makes you feel better about making those tough calls.
