I wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a benefit Mary Beth and Susan have been to Jefferson Manor. Luken Associates has effectively represented Jefferson Manor to local hospitals in a professional and successful fashion. Having Luken Associates represent Jefferson Manor has with out a double increased our exposure to hospital staff and families of potential residents. This has allowed the facility to maintain increased census since utilizing your services.

One of the most effective benefits of having Mary Beth and Susan in the hospitals is the ability to physically see a potential resident and speak personally with hospital staff on the condition and needs of the patient. This not only makes for few surprises on day of admission for the facility but also allows the resident to have personal exposure to Jefferson Manor. This allows our Director of Admissions the free time to spend with residents and families within the facility.

Mary Beth and Susan have made it their primary goal to ensure that we have all the appropriate information and necessary documentation to admit a resident from the hospital. This saves the hospital discharge planner time and allows us to admit a resident quickly, which is the ultimate goal of hospital staff. It has proven itself that hospital staff enjoys working with a representative in the hospital as opposed to talking with someone on the phone several times.
