Having a booklet, such as yours, gives them detailed information to use when planning their discharge. In addition, families find the booklet convenient when they are looking for a nursing home for their loved one. Many of the "terms" used in the booklet are unfamiliar to lay people and their families but your clear and concise explanations are very helpful.
