Regarding your annual publications. I wanted to let you know that my patients and their families find the books very useful. They save me a great deal of time, I can explain Medicare and Medicaid over and over and see the confusion set in, but with the books they have something in writing to look at and it is of great benefit. They are also very useful in the search for Nursing Homes, with the maps the families can look at the facilities and locate the ones most convenient for them.

The books are a very useful way to give the information to the patients and families.

Thank you for providing me with these useful books and I hope to continue receiving them.
